Black Thought seems to be on a mission this year. Earlier this year releasing Streams Of Thought Vol. 1 and now, before the end of the year, Streams Of Thought Vol. 2. Many were reminded of Thought’s high-tier skill last year from his 10-minute Funk Flex freestyle. He hasn’t let his foot up off the neck of the game since. Here on “Conception” off of the new project, Tariq Trotter works with his singing alter ego Reek Ruffin (no doubt a play off of his name Tariq and the Temptations singer David Ruffin) to hit some Sade-esque notes. Yea he’s got that talent too.
