Rel & JBillion – Soul Clap
Bay area-based duo Rel & JBillion are preparing their debut release MVMNT as a free album download on May 17th. To get us properly excited for the release, the duo are releasing their 2nd official video off the project today with “Soul Clap.”
With JBillion on vocals and Rel on production and directorial duties, the video is a brief introduction to the duo and a snapshot of daily life in the Bay. Over a reverberating soul clap, JBillion asks, “If you ever lived in the ghetto but got out that shit, or still in the ghetto with the goons and the pits, Can I get a soul clap?” Both Rel & JBillion are mainstays on the bubbling revive of San Francisco’s hip-hop scene alongside DaVinci, TiRon, Keelay and more.
