Conner Cassidy – Hijack
Coming out of Boston, Conner Cassidy brings the 6ix produced cut “Hijack” off of his upcoming free album “Can’t Forget” to be released spring of 2015. Conner calls the track Spiritual Hip-Hop perhaps for the ethereal feeling behind the break beat of 6ix’s track. Conner says the song is “Dedicated to the fear of losing the people we grew up with as life speeds up. Record promotes loyalty, remembrance, & the concept that “blood makes you related, but loyalty makes you fam.” Whatever the classification, it’s worth a listen.
