PANDORA RELEASES ‘ARTIST TO WATCH: 2018’ LIST
OAKLAND, Calif. – December 7, 2017 – Pandora releases their ‘Artist to Watch: 2018’ list today, highlighting emerging artists across Latin, Rock, Pop, Indie, EDM, Hip-Hop and Country genres, offering predictions based off data, industry priorities and curation insights on artists expected to dominate music charts in 2018.
Pandora has selected rising stars across genres you should now in music who have either built a substantial social media fan base or leading a new class of musicians redefining the sound of their perspective genre. The Artist to Watch list continues Pandora’s commitment to promote new talent, celebrate music across all genres, and connect artists with new fans through music discovery on the platform.
The Artist to Watch: 2018 selection is split into three individual lists including Country, Latin and General (Hip-Hop/Pop/Indie/R&B/EDM) categories. The 2018 Country Artist to Watch list was released in November featuring artists like Tyler Childers, Devin Dawson and Carly Pearce along with a special mixtape. The Artist to Watch Latin list releases today along with a curated mixtape featuring audio from all selected artists.
