Miami Police Banner Portrays Jay-Z As A Gang Member

Miami Police Department had this banner on their website which undoubtedly depicts Jay–Z as someone to call them on to report gang activity. Jay is not only shown once but twice. The figure on the left and behind the leading Jiggaman is said to also look like Jay. HipHopGame confirmed it by displaying the exact photo the image was derived from.

The Miami Police Department has since taken down the banner. Too late, we saw it. Can I suggest the next time Jay has a concert in Miami that everyone in the audience call that number and report a sighting?
