Buxaburn – Rebel’s Delight Video
This type of Hip Hop is right up our alley. Revolutionary. Hard hitting. Buxaburn almost lost me in the beginning of the video with the Kenny Rogers’ “The Gambler” inspired Ragga style intro. I was thinking this might be a dancehall record and not Hip Hop. This is definitely Hip Hop – Public Enemy style. “Rebel’s Delight” is produced by Bo’kem Allah and is a remake of P.E.’s “Public Enemy No. 1” off of 1987’s Yo! Bum Rush the Show. Buxaburn moves in step with the P.E. classic with politically and socially relevant lyrics.
