A.E.S – ATMA Video
A.E.S. is a group consisting of Hip Hop emcee Eligh, sarode player Alam Khan, and tabla musician Salar Nader. The first letters of their names form the group acronym. A.E.S. mixes Hip Hop lyricism with traditional the artistry of traditional musical instruments from India. The result of this collaborative effort is creatively unique and fresh.
“‘ATMA’ is meant to be healing, therapeutic music, we want to tap into everyone on a very audibly hypnotic level,” says Eligh. “Bring people back to a primal place, in a futuristic way. A.E.S is here to bring people closer together through sound.”
