5Pointz May Be In Danger

According to NYDaily News, 5Pointz building owner Jerry Wolkoff is looking into possibly converting the famed location into high-rise residential rental towers. Wolkoff’s plan involves revitalizing the whole block and will require a zoning change. It is unclear what role graffiti will play in the new plans if any.
