December 15th T-Pain’s Rappa Ternt Sanga hit stores on Tuesday, December 6th, quickly selling nearly 50,000 copies and entered the Billboard R&B charts at # 10. Building on his smash hit, “I’m Sprung ” with a radio audience over 80 million, T Pain returns with another banger, “I’m N Luv (Wit a Stripper) ” featuring who? Mike Jones.
T-Pain explains the inspiration of the song, “I took my boy to a strip club for the first time and we got this dude in Jacksonville called Young Cash, he the strip club king. He dropped a stack on this one girl and told her not to get off my boy and he was in love after that so I had to make that song for him. ”
T-Pain also handles the production of the track which has a smoothed out old school feel. The video for “I’m N Luv (Wit a Stripper) was shot in Atlanta and directed by Scott Franklin who has recently directed videos for Jim Jones “What You Ben Drankin’ On “, Juelz Santana “There It Go (The Whistle Song) ” and Dipset featuring Juelz Santana and Cam’ron “The Best Out/Get Down. ” T-Pain’s debut album, Rappa Ternt Sanga is in stores now.
