R.I.P. Dwight Arrington Myers aka Heavy D (May 24, 1967 – November 8, 2011)
Heavy D passed away on November 8, 2011; fresh off a trip from overseas to promote his latest album “Love Opus” and the accolades of his BET Hip Hop awards performance. His final tweets consisted of wishing RIP to boxing icon Joe Frazier and lastly a message that summed up the positiviy of the messages he not only often delivered to his twitter followers but also in his music and image; “BE INSPIRED!”
