NEW YORK, NY (March 19, 2007) – Voxonic Inc., the innovators of a proprietary patent-pending software which transforms voices into foreign languages, today announced a partnership with Prodigy, one half of the legendary rap group Mobb Deep, and Kurupt, a well-established west coast veteran formerly of the platinum group, Dogg Pound. Additionally slated to work with Voxonic is Ky-Mani Marley, son of the iconic Bob Marley, and Infamous Records member, 40 Glocc. Voxonic will convert selected singles from each of the artists’ upcoming solo albums into various foreign languages and create international voicetones under their division, Voxtones.

Prodigy, best known for depicting his real-life street tales as a member of the Queens hip-hop super-group Mobb Deep, is currently working on the follow-up to his certified gold-selling debut solo album, HNIC. Platinum recording artist Kurupt, Grammy-nominee Ky-Mani Marley and notable rapper 40 Glocc will also be releasing upcoming singles off their solo projects with the use of Voxonic’s technology.

“One of Voxonic’s goals is to help major record labels establish a stronger following for their artists across different cultures and internationally,” said Arie Deutsch, President of Voxonic, Inc. “This is a growing trend for recording artists as an innovative way to market themselves and reach out to their international fan bases.”

“Working with Voxonic will be a great opportunity for these artists to diversify their fan bases as well as provide an added edge to their upcoming solo projects,” says Norman Bell of Purfek Storm Management, manager of all four artists.  “This venture will also show other music industry executives that there are a lot of different ways to market products and provide an outlet for their artists to reach out to foreign demographics.”

Voxonic provides the technology necessary to create voice conversions, which allows voices to be presented in any language with 99% accuracy of the original speaker’s voice.   This technology promises to have a significant impact on both national and international business, as well as the entertainment industry as voices can now be converted into more than 1,400 different languages including Spanish, French, and German.
