New York, NY -- Hip-Hop’s major players are gathering in New York City for AllHipHop.com’s 3rd Annual AllHipHop Week 2006, sponsored by Pepsi and Verizon, and in association with HOT 97-WQHT-FM, New York and VIBE.  It’s goin’ down August 5 through 11 all over New York City, uniting thousands of celebrities, music executives, entertainers, national media and loyal Hip-Hop enthusiasts to celebrate the growing influence of the Hip-Hop industry on American culture.

AllHipHop.com’s Grand Finale Concert, in association with HOT 97-WQHT-FM, New York, and VIBE concludes an entire week of Hip-Hop culture at its finest. Paul Wall has just been added to the roster including: G-Unit’s Lloyd Banks, Remy Ma, Papoose, Shawnna of DTP, The Clipse and Joe Budden to hit the stage at Hammerstein Ballroom shutting down AllHipHop Week 2006.  With this line up, anything is possible!

This all-day event is the traditional kick-off to AllHipHop Week with food, DJs, games and fun in the sun with appearances from G-Unit. This year we take things to the next level adding a Gaming Tournament with cash prizes of up to $10,000!  Only AllHipHop.com can throw an official BBQ the middle of NYC!

 

Sunday, August 6

Urban Visualizations Art Show: Hip-Hop As Life, a Salute to Gordon Parks

AllHipHop.com delves into the art scene showcasing artists both from the art world and from the Hip-Hop world, as well as the art of Grafitti pioneers Hot97's own DJ KaySlay. The event will double as a tribute to the life and work of visionary Gordon Parks. Guest artist Jackson Brown of the EyeJammie Art Gallery has been commissioned to create art specifically to commemorate the rise and continued development of ALLHIPHOP.COM.  Additionally, there will be live graffiti work being created as guests and artists mingle, and a portion of all proceeds from the event and sold artwork will be donated to the Gordon Parks Foundation.

 

Monday, August 7

“House of AllHipHop” Fashion Show
