Kendrick Lamar hasn’t quelled his hunger just yet. With “The Blacker The Berry” Kendrick goes in on issues surrounding the African-American experience. He points out some systemic problems and at the same time analyzes the reflection in the mirror in front of him. There are many quotables here that shouldn’t be missed. “So why did I weep when Trayvon Martin was in the street? When gang banging make me kill a nigga blacker than me? Hypocrite!”
