(Brooklyn, October 28, 2005) The legendary emcee O.C. is set to release his fifth album next Tuesday, November 1st, 2005. The album, entitled, Smoke & Mirrors, has already received great reviews from several print magazines and websites. . As one website put it, “Let’s get this straight from the very beginning – this album is gold.” A subsequent tour will bring D.I.T.C. members OC, AG, Lord Finesse, and Diamond together for in Europe.
O.C. is the Oakland-based label’s first East Coast signing since their inception in 1997. Smoke & Mirrors marks the first album O.C. has had complete artist control over from start to finish. Hiero gave him complete artistic freedom to record this album on his own terms. The result is a collection of painfully honest, introspective collection of songs that lack gimmicks and frills.
