Flavor Flav Confuses Miley Cyrus for Gwen Stefani at the iHeartRadio festival. Miley’s new hair style might confuse many and she didn’t even correct Flav’s mistake. It wasn’t until after that someone told him who she really was. The look on his face is priceless as he comes to grips with the fact that he just met Hannah Montana instead of Stefani. To Flavor Flav’s credit, he went back over to Miley and admitted his mistake in a very Flav fashion.
